The service in store was good but they failed to deliver the correct pieces and the aftercare was awful. They took weeks to deliver the correct pieces and then refused to fit them because the mattress was on the bed and my partner couldn't move it alone. I would highly recommend not using this company and despite having a lot more to purchase I will not be using Bensons for beds again. The delivery men were so rude and actually said to my partner to "don't be such a woman" with no provocation. I have complained and was offered 1% of the purchase price as a voucher. Pathetic.
