Bensons staff need better training. I have now been mis sold 2 mattresses at around £1000 each. The first we were sold a pillow top which was not suitable as it sank where we laid which created a mound in the middle and the second was a gel top mattress which we were told would keep us cool in the summer. It actually has the adverse effect. DO NOT buy one of these unless you like to be extremely hot when you sleep. Write to Bensons and they did not want to help. Two mattresses mis sold is this poor training or sales people just interested in commission, I’ll leave this with you.
