Purchased a Tempur mattress after trying in store 'what mattress is best for you' so called computer assistance, I have had back pain and my 16 year old mattress for £300 was MUCH better I paid £1100 for new mattress.
The new one is only fine if you lay in the same place on your back and do not move at all. Will never use this company again and rally would like a full refund.
