Ordered a bed on 4th September 2018, 21 days delivery quoted. I thought ok a little long but I can live with that. The actual date came through for 10th October, no apology for a 36 day wait. I received an email from the delivery company 1 week ago saying I would get an call 2 working days before delivery to arrange a morning or afternoon drop off. No contact was made. Today a day before the expected delivery date, 36 days after ordering to say the bed will arrive on 7th November. No apology,nothing. Well the bed is now cancelled and ordered from John Lewis. Delivery on Monday and being built free on charge. I will never shop with you again. Your customer service is disgusting, your staff are rude.
