We ordered bunk beds and advised we could get under bed storage for them. We had to stay in to take delivery for the beds. Bensons should have delivered the under bed storage at the same time but we had to stay in again to receive those. We had Servico to assemble the units. They found that the under bed storage would not fit and there was a deep scratch on the foot board on the top bunk bed. We had to wait in yet again for the under bed storage to be collected. We had to wait in another time for the replacement part for damaged foot board. Another visit was planned for Servico to come and fit it. When they turned up and opened the package - the piece required wasnt enclosed! On each of these occasions we had to phone up Customer Services which we were waiting to speak to an adviser for periods from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. We have ended up keeping the bunk beds as they are as we have had enough of being let down and staying in for further times. Bensons have given us a small amount of compensation which doesnt cover the phone calls and lost days. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from Bensons as once they have had your money they arent interested in their customer care
