The Nottingham store staff were great which fills you with optimism, so I paid in full. However the customer services team (cst) were appalling. Read the previous reviews, I can identify with lots of the one star reviews but as I’m totally weary of Bensons, I won’t spend any more of my time in cataloguing the ongoing problems and the the totally incompetent and rude service I received, at my own expense, from cst. The mattress was never found, so it never arrived, I bought a similar mattress from a local company, £100 cheaper, a perfect purchase and delivery experience. Bensons Nottingham manager gave me a full refund on 20/11/18, and he was a true professional. Why oh why do customers review the sales service before receiving the goods?
