Bought an igel Mattress..it is very very hot. Much hotter than old mattress of mattress in spare room we are now sleeping in. Contacted bensons less than 24 hour after bed arrived. They don't want to know. Store advises us they cannot deal with complaints and we must phone customer services. After 65 minutes waiting to get through they were not interested simply dictating that we could not return it unless we wanted to pay 20% of the overall price and would not be allowed to exchange the mattress until we have slept on it for 40 days. After repeatedly requesting to speak to a manager the customer services rep simply put the phone down. They have no interest in helping or resolving problems once they have your money and this is one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever had. The igel is clearly not temperature controlling as the marketing would suggest but in fact a particularly hot memory foam mattress. We went to the store advising that the only reason we were replacing our existing mattress was because we wanted to call the one and this is what they recommended. As far as I'm concerned they have misled us and mis-sold us an inappropriate product that does not reflect what we asked for.
