I had an issue with headboard I bought with a divan bed and mattress which all in all was not cheap..when I required support and help they said could not help me as it sounded like you've already bought it now..tough luck!!
Don't they realise about reputation and repeat business or recommendations!
I for one won't be using them again or indeed recommending them to friends and family.
