The sales man in store was great.
The delivery men on the other hand was very disappointing, they came into my house and trailed mud all over and when I approached them all they said was sorry, I then put a rag down so they could wipe their feet going forward to reduce the mud (we already had a door mat down). They are suppose to put foot guards on. They have damaged the items which I witnessed them dropping in the garden to which now also have mud all over and is now on my bedroom carpet. They have damaged walls and left mud/water all over the walls where they have dragged the items upstairs. We also ordered a duvet and this was open and has mud all over the actual duvet which now cannot be used.
After been on hold 40 minutes I decided to go to the store. The manager was on hold to the customer services team already for over an hour and 30 minutes as one of their own drivers had hit his car in the car park and drove off. He didn't get through to the team before he finished at 8pm so he is trying again today.
When you spend over £1500 on a bed you expect a better delivery service. We have emailed pictures as instructed by the manager and are waiting on a response.
Buying from Bensons isn't an issue but the delivery service is.
