The order arrived 9 months after we ordered it.
First attempt broken.
Second attempt wrong colour.
Third attempt they forgot to actually reordered despite you had even rebooked the deliery with us.
6 months telling us that there would a compensation for all the stress caused and all you offer is 75 pounds when my Wife has lost 400 pounds for the two failed deliveries.it’s disgusting the lack of profesionalism you have shown once you had the money in your pocket.
