Services at Stores was Brilliant but this is where everything ends. 3 items ordered at total amount around £2500. All 3 items came with issues.Wrong colour, incorrect assembly, broken parts. Stores dont deal with issues any more if anything happens. Have spend almost 1hr trying to call Aftersale services to discuss problems. No result. Hold the line. Seems like they have constant issue solving if they can not take a call within 1hr. Which also make my think about quality of processing orders. Seems like they have huge volume of issues and discrepancies. Stores guys were trying to assist creating "ticket" and advise that I will get a call within 48 hr. One week passed. No sign of assistance or resolution of the problem and no one get in touch with me. Worst experience ever. Also thinking that spending thousands with them buying furniture with one order... Not suggesting to use them at all.
Beside that finally when my husband reached them over the phone they decline to sort situation out because order was on My name not husband. But we have no private call policy in office, so that is complete "stuck" situation. Or they think my Husband providing wrong information and not discussed with me? Complete frustration and just... No words!!!
