2.5 years to get a product repaired and still not repaired.
Bensons pass it to BSSB they pass it to MIB then they say we have to buy spare parts, even though we have a 5 year warranty.
To top it all supposed to take delivery of a wardrobe today but only 4 of the 5 packages were on the lorry so refused delivery
