I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered online quoted 26/4/19 delivery, I have taken a day off work for the delivery and put all my clothes in boxes and bags ready to move. 6:59am on 26/4/19 I received a call to state the item will be delivered between 8-1pm, around 11am the delivery arrive 2 men brought a box in them checked paperwork and said wrong one, checked the van my item was not on the van. Driver said 3 other vans out in the area he will call them and see if my item is on their vans and if so redeliver the item today. They advised me also to call customer services which I did, a guy said he was a senior team member and he would phone the warehouse he put me on hold and came back to advise I need to wait for all the vans to come back to depot and then they will call me to rearrange the delivery, I said I wanted to make an official complaint and was advised to write to the furniture ombudsman!!! More stress and wasted time for me. As you can tell, taking time off work then being told conflicting information and the item not even being on the van — all in all a very poor experience with a catalogue of errors. I would like a written response and once I receive this I will decide where to take the complaint next.

This meant that Time off work for no reason
Stress
Lack of management
Having to now write and complain
Telephone calls
No accountability
Conflicting information
Compensation and an explanation
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
Now...... Wednesday 1st May still no outcome, still no wardrobe, still no manager called me back about my complaint re no item and/or the lack of service side.
I spoke to a senior guy today u think he said his name was Ash, he promised to call me back one way or another by the end of business today.... guess what !!!! It’s now 10:03pm I don’t think he is calling me back yet again......
Both the item not being delivered and now the unacceptable service levels I am at a loss as to who to take this too- I have contacted the furniture ombudsman but they advise I have to give 30 days or an acceptable time for you to respond.
