Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Month later and I’m still sleeping on the floor because of a manufacturing error.
Kept in the dark until I chased them up. Only to be told it’s another 15days till we can fix your fault. No thanks. Will never be using Bensons for bed again. Thanks for the horrible experience and ruining that new home feeling.
Also told to wait another 2 weeks before they can collect the sorry excuse for a bed. Please put me out my misery.
