So where do I start with this. Ordered a bed 2 months or so ago to be delivered on the day we moved into our new home. The delivery was 7am in the morning as we hadn’t moved in but the people of the house kindly said they would accept delivery. No delivery was made, as apparently the bed isn’t available. Rang customer services to be told they haven’t got the bed in stock and don’t know when it’s going to be, asked to speak to a manager and the woman was rude saying I can’t. Went into the shop as got nowhere with the customer services team and they were also unhelpful. Another date was set for 2 weeks later so we gave them another chance. Received 2 text messages stating about time of delivery to then have a phone call on the same day as the texts on a Friday (delivery due Tuesday) to say that the bed still isn’t available and they can’t locate one. I then asked to fully cancel my order over the phone and to speak to a manager but was told I had to go into the store, I did this and then got told whilst in the store that it had to be done over the phone, how frustrating. Have now fully cancelled our order and will not be using bensons for beds ever again and will not recommend them to anyone. Shop else where.
