I bought a mattress from this company, I paid £1300 and I thought it would last.
14 months later it has developed a noticeable dip and a rust coolers mark coming through from underneath the pillow top part of the mattress, their so called "expert" said it was the usual wear and tear, absolute nonsense.
I'm now paying to get an independent inspection done
