I purchased a bed and headboard and paid extra for installation service for 82 year old father. Bed was delivered first, then headboard delivered weeks later. Delivery guys refused to fit the heavy headboard to the bed. So my father and his elderly neighbour had to fit themselves. Complained to Bensons who refused to speak to me although I purchased both items. My father does not speak English very well so is unable to make a complaint himself. Good to take my money but not good enough to make a complaint. Disgraceful.
