We were sold a faulty bed not a visible fault but a terrible odour that kept you awake and feeling sick. This was confirmed by the person sent out to inspect it. After expecting a big apology we were met with heated phone calls made by us I might add after waiting for them to ring us. We were willing to pay more money another 200 pounds. To get a decent nights sleep. They said they would have to charge us to change the design!!After Another heated conversation they said they would wave that policy! Today our new mattress arrived we are hoping we can have a long awaited good nights sleep!! Our advise do not walk into Bensons for Beds the sales people are polite .
