Everything was fine until the bed was delivered. There was some minor damage to the headboard caused at the packing stage, of which I sent numerous photos to the Customer Services team. After receiving no response and chasing them up a couple of times, I had a voicemail from them saying as they couldn't get hold of me they would email me instead to resolve the situation. Since the voicemail I have chased up twice more but have had zero response, and as I told them last week, I am now turning to social media to complain (a last resort for me - but I've given it long enough).
Like many other reviewers I phoned to chase up, only to hear recorded messages telling me how important I was, but then to expect a 27 minute wait for my call to be answered! Seriously Benson's?????
The shop staff were good and the delivery service was exceptionally efficient, but the aftercare teams really let the business down. Benson's - you need to get this sorted.
