Do Not use this company especially the Guiseley store. The whole service was terrible from the moment we placed our £2000 order and the attitude towards customers is disgusting!!! having waited over 2 months for some wardrobes we found they were the wrong ones, we tried to change to the correct ones and were given another 2 months for delivery and then wait even longer for it to be installed, when trying to come up with a more suitable solution the Manager of the Guiseley store was not interested and just kept saying call customer services even though it was her personally that made this error initially, she would not give me any area manager details and after asking her to sort this issue for me she just kept saying no and eventually put the phone down on me. Then when you try and contact customer service you are just constantly on hold, the whole thing is a joke so do not shop here!!
