Avoid using Bensons For Beds at all costs!! It’s been Almost a month and we don’t have any resolution, we are still sleeping with our mattress on the floor!! We Ordered a bed base set (two part king ottoman) which was delivered with a fault. We contacted the store to get them to collect and replace the bases. They did not collect or get back to us after the 7-10 days that they said it would take. We have called and sent numerous emails without any luck. Finally we spoke to the store and the customer services again saying we wanted a full refund, we were told they would collect the bed bases in 7-10 days and refund us a week later. The bases have not been collected, 21 days later! Absolutely shocking customer service!
