After purchasing my bed from bensons, 16 months later the frame of the bed collapsed due to a huge wood knot, i rang bensons and after 42 minutes my call was answered, explained the problem, i was told i had to get and pay for a bed technician to come and diagnose the problem and send in the report to them, which i did, i sent in all relevant, and waited patiently for a reply, two wks passed and nothing, rang on 6 occasions and after waiting over 30 minutes on each call hung up. So waited still and nothing, rang again and waited 38 minutes for someone to answer and explained all, I asked why no one had replied to my emails (3) of them, they were busy!!! Anyhow I have now been promised a new bed frame sometime when available, and i am still waiting for my bed technician bed report- refund. I certainly won’t be using bensons again.
