Their customer service is diabolical- five year warranty on my bed and two years later they refuse to look at it when the wooden base has broken! Was told two different things by two people and when I asked to speak to a manager was told that I couldn’t as my complaint wasn’t valid!!! Bought several beds from them NEVER AGAIN!! Quick enough to sell to you but dump you when there is an issue. Like others I have been told I have to pay for someone to come and look at the bed! Disgusting customer service - avoid at all costs - warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
