We ordered an IGel bed with 4 drawers. It arrived on 2 April as agreed, but unfortunately 1 of the drawers, small one, was broken and had to be replaced. New one arrived 21 May but they sent large drawer instead of small drawer. They reordered and eventually 3 months later we had the correct drawer and it fitted well. Because of all the hassle and inconvenience the manager of Blyth store arranged £100 of vouchers, for which we were grateful. Although this was a long wait we find the bed really comfortable and Davey kept us in the picture all along and that’s why we have given a 4 star review. If the hiccup with the drawer hadn’t happened we would have awarded a 5 star.
