My experience - bed was brilliant at the start.
13 months in and I cannot sleep on the mattress anymore. It has caused massive pain to my back. I woke up this morning and could not move without being in agony. This has been going on since the start of August. They have said I need to pay to get an engineer to come inspect it and give a report. I have never heard of this, it is under warranty, for 5 years.
When we called today we asked if we can speak to a manager or supervisor we was told it can't be escalated.
It is not fit for purpose. It is causing me pain. And I know I can take this down the legal route.
1300 for 1 years good nights sleep.
