The worst customer services and quality of product ever... Do not use this company ever. I bought a mattress and it's been a night mare. Do not email the company to complaint they take 1 month to reply. Then even though you have a faulty product they will not do anything about it. You can send photos and evidence but they do not account for this.
My advice is do not use, go to a good company like John Lewis. I will never ever use this company again!!!
