Terrible, terrible, terrible.
moved into a new house, bed should have been delivered on the day. Bed did not arrive, took another 3 weeks of sleeping on a blow up mattress before delivery. Offered compensation of £100, after 2 months and several requests absolutely nothing. no phone call, no communication through our Lichfield branch. This was the third bed that we had purchased from Benson's. Never again and will take every opportunity to warn people off from this despicable company.
