Don't think I can warrant a 1 star. I have had a continuing battle with my bed bought back last year.
Payed £997.00,Base of the bed had a rip in .Delivered part of the Base to find not the same hight of the top of base. And the storage part did not keep closed unless the mattress was on.
Was promised a whole new base, third delivery only had bottom of base. Sent that straight back never got into the house.
Phoned again, was empty promising they will phone back within 48 hours.
Still chasing them after three day's.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
