We purchased a bed on Friday 13 Decemeber 2019 and was told the wait for delivery would be 4 weeks. Perfect! However on the day of delivery the guy delivering informed that the order was wrong, double frame and a kingsize headboard (we also ordered a king size mattress separately). The driver took the whole order back. We contacted Bensons who accepted they rang the order through wrong and we would then have to wait another SIX weeks due to 'popular demand'. The bed is hardly made out of gold? The sales assistants were so unhelpful and very smug. We were told we would have no compensation. My partner has just received a call to say we would now have to wait another TWO weeks on top of that. Making it a 14 week wait for the bed. We have had no sympathy and barley any acknowledgement. We are currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor with no compensation. The service has been shocking leading me to leave a bad review. Working in sales myself I know that this service is terrible and this GREEDY national company are just looking after themselves and the sales advisers have already cashed in their nice bonus. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN NOR WOULD RECOMMEND.
