Just before Christmas we ordered a new bed, base, headboard, pillows and bedroom furniture. The bed was delivered two weeks ago and we paid extra to have the delivery guys unpack and put the bed together. Unfortunately due to a manufacture default they could not put it together due to missing parts in the base. The relevant paperwork was completed, and we were informed a new base would be delivered. I then called the customer service team and was informed, no problem a new base will be sent, four pillows arrived! I called them again and advised them exactly of the problem, 2 screw fittings arrived! Not the right ones I might add! You really couldn’t make this up. Nearly £6 k short and still can’t sleep in the bed, and waiting for the bedroom furniture still. I’m just wondering now what next will arrive, garden mower, bathroom suite?? I just can’t believe how bad the service is from the customer care team.
