My partner and I ordered a headboard, bed frame and mattress in store back in January. Today, the order arrived without the headboard.
We’ve had no explanation or pre-warning that our order would arrive incomplete, despite contacting them last week requesting for the delivery to be pushed back. In fact, Benson for Beds point blank refused to delay our delivery unless we paid them £100.
My partner has called 5 times today, placed on hold up to 30 mins each time - not to mention a phone call where they hung up on us! Still no wiser regarding the whereabouts of our headboard and now must wait until April to take delivery.
What complete utter rubbish from a company willing to accept a £3,000 order, yet unable to communicate with each other, provide proactive solutions or deliver a product paid for in full by their customers.
Just do not even consider buying from here. I so wish I had read these reviews before passing any money over!
