Customer advisor told me that I needed to pay for an independent assessor to confirm the mattress I have within my guarantee period is faulty... asked where in the terms and conditions it says this to be told “it doesn’t”, asked how I escalate the issue and was told that I needed to go to the furniture ombudsman, asked for the contact details and was told I needed to activity find it myself they wouldn’t provide it!
