That was on the 15th of May. It's the end of the month and nothing. So don't evan bother to contact them. Go straight to the authorities to get your money back. I am sorry I've given them a second chance. They don't deserve it. This company is a bad joke. Don't buy anything from them or you will regret it for the rest of your life. Guaranteed. EditDelete Share Review of Bensons For Beds Raluca 3 reviews 15 May 2020 Reviewer contacted Total disappointment! Bensons for Beds is our biggest disappointment. We've placed an order in March, never arrived, cancelled it because of their inability to produce and deliver the products and now we are struggling to get our money back. Their customer service it's shocking, all that speech about caring about their customers is a lie, this company is a bad joke. They promised us a refund and now they won't answer any of our messages. Of course we won't stop here...  We are so happy we haven't ordered a wardrobe too.  We wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. Read all these comments on internet before you believe a word they say. I wish we did... Shame on you Benson for Beds.
