I paid £1333 for a bed on 14 March. I appreciate that we have all had to share the burden of lockdown since then. However, on 13 May I received a text telling me my delivery would be on 26 May. No bed arrived. We waited in for a couple of days - you can't really leave a mattress on the doorstep! The phone helpline either has waits in excess of an hour, or accepts no calls at all. I sent an email and received an auto reply to tell me that they would aim to respond witin 10 days! Do not order from Bensons.
