Absolutely terrible. No integrity and customer service advisers who have no idea what they are doing. I've been hung up on after waiting 1hr on hold for someone to answer the phone.
The returns process is a sham, they are refusing to put in place the process which allows the delivery company to pick up items that were delivered damaged beyond use.
Don't use this company at all. They aren't worth the headache.
