Ordered in April with an email saying delivery within 28 days they will re-email confirmation. Next email stated delivery date: 26.12.2050!
Husband rang them and they said because it’s an outside company delivering they have to give a date but the company will confirm when they’re delivering. Fair enough; 28 days pass no more news, it then took 2 week to get through to someone who then said delivery will be 1st June due to current events; again fair enough happy to wait. End of May husband rings to find out if they have a time of delivery; after two hours this time of ringing finally get through but the delivery changed from 1st June to 1st July. Talk between ourselves to see if we can ring them and get it sooner. So husband rings again; suddenly it will be 31st August for delivery so he asks for a refund. Person on the phone transfers us to the cancellations who after two hours on hold cancels the call. It then took two weeks to get hold of someone who says it wasn’t even noted we wanted a refund; the lovely gentleman on the phone said he’s had no end of people staying it’s happened to them and he would sort the refund through email. Thankfully got the refund 24th June. Went to a local independent furniture shop, got my bed delivered on the 27th June and I’m so glad as it’s so comfy! And was cheaper than Bensons!!
