Finally after 7 months of battling with this disgusting retailer, I finally got a refund for a faulty mattress yesterday (22 July 2020). Apparently it takes 48 hours for the money to appear, so I will be watching carefully and if the money does not appear, hundreds of leaflets will be distributed all over town and I will ensure Bensons For Beds Retail (which is the new company trading name) will lose more business than they ever thought possible. The products are awful nasty cheap (not cheap actually, very overpriced indeed) rubbish. Heed the warnings from all these poor people who have had the misfortune to spend good money with this company (the old one!) Chances are they will never see their money returned as all the debts and outstanding credit lines are now the responsibility of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Be warned: NEVER SHOP AT BENSONS FOR BEDS.
