I bought an adjustable bed in october 2019. Everything was fine until march 2020 when the adjustable part broke down. I expected a speedy repair but i got nothing.i sent numerous messages by email and i telephoned customer services. It took one and a half hours to get an answer who promptly said i was not the account holder so she could not help. I was furious at that stage but eventually she agreed to call my wife at work and get permission for me to complain. This was obviously given. I explained what had happened but the i was told to photograph what was wrong. I explained i was a wheelchair user and could not manage to photograph under the bed. This was accepted. However its now nearly august some six months without my adjustable bed and i find the latest excuse of Fermanac the supplier is on holiday and cant be contacted until the 10th august. An aquatance tells me that furmanac have also gone out of business so i probably have no luck there. My family came yesterday and took the bed up so i could see what was wrong and quite frankly there are just wooden slats and wooden pegs for legs. The mechanism is just plastic rubbish that snapped and broken in use, not by any impact. It’s so flimsy it’s ridiculous and obviously not fit for purpose. I now want a full refund
