Ordered a mattress during lock down, so had to wait months for it (no issue really due to what is going on the world). When the delivery day finally arrived, I discovered they had sent me the wrong one.
Calls to customer service on the day after 90 minutes on hold only to be told to email in. I emailed to explain the issue and that I didn't have room in my house for the wrong mattress, so it had been placed in our garden (with the plastic cover on). Further follow up calls on my part after they failed to respond, only to be told that if the wrong mattress that they delivered was damaged in any way as a result of being left outside, they wouldn't deliver a new one and I would be stuck with it. Complete joke as I didn't create the issue.
Still waiting for the actual mattress I ordered to be delivered.
