Bought a 4 drawer Bergen chest delivery 3 March along with other matching pieces. On assembly found that one base was broken and the cut for the drawer base on 2 of the drawers had been cut the whole length of the drawer fronts, so the unit has obvious cuts in it when viewed side on. Rang customer services who over the course of an hour and 15 minutes re-ordered part by individual part (I’m talking glue tube x 1, dowels, screws, handles, sides ...etc etc etc). Asked why not replace the whole unit and was told no, company policy to replace the bits. Covid delayed replacement understandably THEN they tell me they’ve decided to replace the entire unit but I can’t have it! Reason - until restrictions lifted to allow pick up of faulty goods due to covid I can’t have my new one either. FFS the first one can’t be re-sold - it’s a mess!! 3 out of 6 pieces ordered were either damaged or faulted and trying to deal with this company needs nerves of steel. If you’re buying from B4B after reading all of these woeful reviews please buy a blood pressure monitor at the same time. Whole debacle took from 3 March to 3 August.
