Have had three delivery dates now for a bed. The latest being today. No bed...no phone call, nothing and can't get through to "customer service". My husband has the distribution centre's number, as they texted the last no show dates, to be told that our order wasn't on the delivery schedule.
It's lie, upon lie, we should have known better, as Harvey's and BFB are one and the same. My husband's contacted his bank to arrange a Section 75 refund. As others have stated, I wouldn't even give one star, if I had the choice!
