I’ve always bought and then years later replaced with a Bensons product! I bought my current bed Jan 2019 had it delivered February 2019. I’ve followed the instructions on airing out matt and turning it around ...I have NO complaints. I’ve also had no issues with my family purchasing the same IGEL bed as me and some h/b.
