I attempted to order an item & was unable to place the order. I was then asked to call a number which kept me on hold for an hour to only have the Best Buy Rep. tell me the item is out of stock now. There is nothing they can do and have no intention of looking into website bugs as I was not even able to place the order when the item was in stock. The rep did not understand and kept replying that she was sorry and could not do anything because the item was not out of stock. Thanks but no thanks. Going to take my business off BestBuy due to customer service and poor website bug management.
