I needed replace the battery in my I phone. . I called Best Buy waited 20 minutes without receiving assistance. I went in to the store and waited in line for 20 minutes and was unable to speak with a person. I subsequently went home and scheduled an appointment online several days in future. I waited three days for this appointment because I believed that best buy would replace my battery with an apple product rather than some random battery from who knows where. I went to my appointment and waited another 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I was told that the apple technician was not available and I should go somewhere else. I would rather spend the afternoon at DMV than try to get assistance at Best Buy again.
