Beware DO NOT buy home theatre from them. We bought a Sony TV 6 months ago that's already gone out. They made us wait 5 days for Geek Squad to come out, then they couldn't fix it, referred us to Sony and we have to wait another week to get the parts and repair. We even chatted with Geek Squad as well and told them to bring the parts as we'd researched and they're having the same problem with this tv from other buyers. They didn't listen. Totally ignored us. They will not let us return the tv even though we bought it from them and they sold us a "lemon". We are really good customers but they just lost us. Terrible customer service and worse is the guy in Magnolia had an I don't care attitude, you're lucky you have extended warranty or you'd have to buy another tv? What? It had a warranty and we bought the extended warranty. Yeah, we're real lucky. Wow, terrible customer service. Fry Road Best Buy is the worse. Deserve 0 stars!
