I called Best Buy the minute they opened in North Fayette Township PA was put on hold all six times that I called 15 minutes 10 minutes the last time was 20 minutes I finally hung up I cannot believe what poor customer service Best Best Buy has I had one question and did not want to drive 20 miles in case it was not available even though it showed online as this is what's been happening lately and I was ready to purchase it online to pick it up but could never get anyone to answer the phone to confirm it was really there again just incredibly poor customer service
