I am noted as an "elite" member because of my purchases. During the holiday shopping season Best Buy Glen Allen VA had a Chromebook advertised for $150 off the retail price. It was posted on 12/20. On 12/26 I tried to buy one. They claimed to be out of stock and could not order. I went back the next day and the price was still showing (I took photos) but that it was a mistake and they would not honor it. I asked to be contacted by their General Manager and called their customer service number 4 times, was either hung up on or put on hold, used their chat option and posted using their app. Today is 1/15/21 and not a single person from Best Buy has reached out to me. Not only will I not shop there again, I will post on every social media platform available for others to use Amazon and other retailers such as Costco if you want good customer service.
