Don’t buy a insignia deep freezer from Best Buy. We bought one 2 years ago because our deep freezer died and we’ve never had trouble with their repair process. Will last week I called to schedule a repair because it wasn’t keeping the correct temperature. I was told that I would have to bring my 17 cubic foot freezer into the store to be repaired. They didn’t care that it’s full of food or the fact that I have no way of getting it there. So I lowered the temperature to -11 which is keeping my food frozen and I called local repair places no one repairs this brand. My husband and I decided to just go to a appliance store that we bought our refrigerator at and bought a new one that they will fix at our house if necessary. Don’t buy appliances at Best Buy!
