The sale's woman was saying she does not work in this area. She was too slow to do the transaction on my cell phone. She was not friendly and was reluctant to test the phone. She was just repeating that store charges $45 on a $119 phone if it is opened. Then, she just went to help another customer. Service is non existant, the woman was forcing a smile, and just aweful!
