Bought a brand new Insignia refrigerator in March 2021, it broke down in May 2021. Called Geek Squad because I purchased 5 year protection they wouldn't schedule anything sooner than 5 days out. Called again begging them to take care of it sooner, I'm losing all my food and it's Memorial Day! they told me call the mfg, but Insignia is their brand. To make matters worse the last Geek Squad agent claim she was getting Insignia phone number for me then hung up on me
